Functional training is built around exercises imitating movements from daily activities. Plyometric training is a method of training originally developed by Russian coaches in the 1950s, which focuses on performing explosive movements to develop power.
Our own form of functional training uses high intensity aerobic and plyometric training exercises inspired by our training in communist Poland, as well as Insanity and Tabata training principles. Using a wide variety of interval training techniques and various types of high-intensity explosive routines, we can achieve the maximum benefit in the minimum of time.
